The village council met by the river to talk about Biodiversity, Habitat, and Wildlife. An Endangered bird complained that the Ecosystem was coughing because of Pollution.
A Conservationist named Lin said they should Preserve the area and build a Sustainable garden. But an old road might Threaten the hillside and cause Fragmentation and Degradation.
So they worked to Regulate waste and Mitigate noise, then started Reforestation. The Endangered bird even pecked at the Invasive weeds like a tiny supervisor.
A few weeks later, the trees returned and the stream cleared up. Everyone saw that the Ecosystem had more Resilience than before.
The mayor laughed and said true Stewardship means caring for nature, not trapping it. If they kept ignoring it, the forest might head toward Extinction.
