At the town square, everyone gathered for an Election. The Leader stood on a bench and announced a new Policy.

Then the Parliament argued over the Budget until a parrot stole the Vote cards and flew onto the roof.
The Judge arrived with the Constitution, the Official restored order, and the crowd agreed that Reform had turned the day into a funny lesson in Service.
