火锅大冒险

今晚我们围着 Hot pot 坐下,等着 Broth 慢慢 Boil 开。有个朋友伸手太快想拿 Pork belly,却被 Ladle 挡住了,大家都笑了。

Lotus root 在锅里像小轮子一样转,Bean sprouts 站得整整齐齐,仿佛 Cabbage 正在带队游行。Tofu 晃来晃去,Fish balls 和 Meatballs 还互相追着跑,好像在冲刺比赛。

接着服务员端来 Split pot:一边是 Spicy broth,一边是清汤。有人把 Quail eggs 丢进辣汤那边,辣得直眨眼,于是我们赶紧加上 Dipping sauce 来压一压火气。

很快 Skimmer 忙着把 Mushrooms 从翻滚的汤面上救起来,Chopsticks 也不停把 Noodles 捞出锅,免得它们一不小心就滑走了。最后每个碗都空了,大家一致认为,最会讲笑话的还是那锅汤底。

Tonight, we gathered around the Hot pot and waited for the Broth to Boil. One friend reached for the Pork belly too fast, but the Ladle stopped him, and everyone laughed.

The Lotus root spun in the pot like little wheels, while Bean sprouts stood up so neatly that the Cabbage looked like it was leading a parade. The Tofu wobbled, and the Fish balls and Meatballs chased each other as if they were racing to the finish line.

Then the waiter brought a Split pot: one side Spicy broth, the other mild. Someone dropped Quail eggs into the spicy side and blinked in surprise, so we added Dipping sauce to calm the fire.

Soon the Skimmer was busy rescuing mushrooms from the bubbling surface, and the Chopsticks kept fishing out Noodles before they disappeared. In the end, every bowl was empty, and the table agreed that the funniest guest was the broth itself.
