晚上,他认真安排 Rest 和 Sleep,第二天 Mood 果然变好了。随着 Energy 更足、Focus 更稳,他能够先 Relax,再去 Help 朋友,并慢慢走向 Recovery。

In the morning, Leo felt Anxiety before his homework even opened. He took a slow breath, chose Calm, and sat down again.

Depression seemed to sit in the corner like a gray cloud, while Stress tapped on the desk and made the room feel smaller. Then Support came from his family, and Hope showed up quietly.

Leo faced his Fear in the mirror and practiced Confidence with a silly smile. He decided to Talk to the cat, which made even Sadness look less serious.

At night, he made time for Rest and Sleep, and his Mood improved the next day. With more Energy and better Focus, he could Relax, Help a friend, and move toward Recovery.
