In the Gym, I started with a Warm-up and then tried a Plank. My body shook like it had a secret, and the Personal Trainer said I should breathe before I tried anything heavier.
Next came a Dumbbell, a Kettlebell, and then a Barbell for Weightlifting. I wanted to look serious, but after one shaky Bench Press, my arms acted like noodles.
I moved on to a Sit-up, a Crunch, a Push-up, and a Squat. Then I attempted a Lunge and a Pull-up, but the Pull-up won the argument almost instantly.
At last, I ran to the Treadmill and thought I had escaped defeat. The coach laughed, pointed at Burpee and Deadlift, and said real Fitness sometimes begins where pride ends.
Word list: Stretching.
